新型 LED 燈泡的設計上,如果須要大的發光角度(從180度→290度或更高),往往須要將 LED 發光位置往上提高,如傳統鎢絲燈的結構。
因此把 LED 晶片封裝成長條狀的燈芯須求因應而生。
而透明的氧化鋁基板即是性價比最適合的材質。
目前透明氧化鋁最常見的來源是單晶氧化鋁圓片,也就是俗稱藍寶石基板。
陽昇應用材料已可提供藍寶石基板上製作金屬線路,並加上3D 環繞壁的技術(CL5000 Series)。
使LED 封裝業不須增加額外設備,即可立刻擁有陶瓷燈芯的產品。
CL5000 系列產品從3W 至10W 。依客戶須求可訂製。
